We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines to meet precise manufacturing specifications using advanced software, including experience with PolyBoard for furniture and component design.

Key Responsibilities:

Program and operate CNC machines using CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidCAM, etc. Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering blueprints. Create and optimize toolpaths for efficient production and minimal material waste. Utilize PolyBoard for designing furniture components and generating cutting lists and machining files. Perform machine setup and adjustments based on job specifications. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure high-quality output. Maintain and update CNC programs regularly for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum [X years] of experience in CNC programming and operation. Proficiency in PolyBoard software for furniture design and CNC file generation. Solid knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and manufacturing processes. Strong understanding of material properties, especially wood and composite materials. Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment. High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
