Job Title: CNC Operator & Programmer

About the Role:
We are looking for a proficient CNC Operator and Programmer to join our advanced manufacturing team. This role is critical in transforming digital designs into precision-cut components. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming our CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC machines (e.g., routers, mills) by installing and calibrating tools, attachments, and materials.
• Interpret CAD/CAM drawings and blueprints to understand machining requirements.
• Write, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs using G-code and CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam).
• Operate CNC machinery to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, shaping, and grooving.
• Conduct first-off inspections and perform quality checks throughout the production run to ensure parts meet precise specifications.
• Perform routine and basic maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor machine operations to detect issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator and/or Programmer.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in G-code programming and experience with CAM software.
• Knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and material properties (wood, composites, plastics).
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
• Relevant technical certification or associate degree is preferred.
