to join our production team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in programming 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling machines and have hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software.
Key Responsibilities:
Program CNC milling machines using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar).
Optimize machining processes for efficiency and quality.
Set up machines, select tools, and verify programs before production.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with production and quality control teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC milling programmer.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
Strong understanding of machining principles and G-code.
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with 4-axis milling (e.g., DNM 5700 or similar).
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality control processes.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
