We are seeking a skilled and reliable

CNC Machine Operator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts as per technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or grinding) according to production requirements. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and product quality. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure compliance with quality standards. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and tools. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM programming is a plus. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Education & Experience:

Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred. Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
