Job Description
The Role
Job Purpose Producing machined parts by programming setting up, operating a computer numerical central machine in accordance with specifications. Responsibilities ? Receive daily work instruction from immediate supervisor ? Do the process planning and time estimation ? Ensure to complete daily machine inspection checklist prior to shift start ? Read work specification and drawings a stated in process control travellers ? Perform machining process and ensure the dimensions ? Maintain daily housekeeping ? Follow safe work practices in all aspect of work ? Maintain the machine tools and all related equipment's in good condition. ? Promote safe HSE culture in the workforce. ? Perform OH&S Hazard Identification & Risk assessment & Environmental Aspect & Impact study to improve the HSE in their areas of Functions ? Help to Achieve QHSE Objectives & Continual Improvement of IMS Management system ? Report the timely reporting & investigation of Incidents, Near Misses & Fatal injuries ? Ensure that all assignments are followed as per HSEQ requirements. ? Actively Participates in emergency response programs.
Requirements
Education & Experience :
? Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering with 3+yrs CNC machining and programming experience ? ITI with 5+yrs CNC machining and programming experience ? Other qualification with 10+yrs of hands-on experience in CNC machining and programming Language Skills : Effective communication both verbally and in writing Computer Literacy : Basic Skills : ? Fanuc or Mazak control exp ? Cam programming Knowledge : ? Be able to relate well with co-worker in a professional, knowledgeable, and respectful manner ? Knowledge in API products is an added advantageAbout the company
