Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in CMS development, administration, and management. Strong knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Strapi, or other enterprise CMS solutions. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend programming (PHP, Node.js, or similar). Experience integrating CMS with APIs, databases, and third-party systems. Understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and accessibility standards. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Commitment to government values, innovation, and delivering citizen-centric digital services.
