Qualifications:

Technical Degree or equivalent in applicable Engineering discipline. Knowledgeable in MS-Excel spreadsheets and MS-Access databases. Oil and Gas experience preferred. Advanced level skills in Excel, Access databases. Highly developed in the understanding of ORACLE-CMMS Asset Management Systems. Detailed understanding of the Electronic Livelink Document Management Systems. Good understanding of Risk, Criticality, Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Continuous Improvement Processes. Good understanding in Maintenance Change Request, Work Order Deferment System and Work Order Compliance Analysis. Strong command of the English language - oral and written communications.

Duties to be carried out:

Creation and modification of Maintenance Plans in ORACLE. Prepare load sheets for data transport and manually loads and changes maintenance plans. Set initial scheduling dates and balances manpower in consultation with the Planning and Scheduling Team Leads. Add task lists and Bills of Material to tasks and job specific maintenance libraries. Link procedure Idocuments held outside of ORACLE to task operations. Maintain Plant Register data for all company assets. Accountable for accuracy of linking of the plant hierarchy from plant, platform, functional location, equipment, Bill of Materials, classification data, and catalogue profile assignment. Work with Project Engineers to assign new tags for equipment from piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID), install new functional locations, equipment, and Bill of Materials in ORACLE and assigns cost centers in conjunction with Finance. Review Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams updated through CAFs on a weekly basis and updates Equipment Tag status in Oracle Asset Register.
