RINA is currently recruiting for a CMMS Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical to join its office in Abu Dhabi within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.
Mission
RINA is looking for CMMS Maintenance Engineer as part of Operation and Maintenance Department which provides services to large scale Oil & Gas Projects.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver project objectives for delivery of the maintenance management system included population and delivery of the Asset Register, Spare Parts Materials Register, perform Maintenance Analysis, develop Maintenance Strategies, Maintenance Tasks, Maintenance Instructions and Procedures, and prepare Preventative Maintenance Plans.
Significant and demonstrable experience with CMMS ideally in Frontline, SAP or Maximo PM and proficiency in data preparation templates.
Prepare and modify equipment hierarchy for plants facilities as per ISO14224.
Proficiency in data preparation templates including but not limited to Function Location, Equipment, Class & Characteristics, Bill of Material, Measuring points, and Preventive Maintenance Templates (Maintenance Plan, Maintenance Task, and Standard Text) using different CMMS/ERP/EAM Platforms.
Thorough grasp of principals and application of Maintenance / Asset Management techniques such as RCM, RAM, RBI and FMECA.
To act as technical CMMS Engineer within the project, in addressing any such technical queries that may arise associated with CMMS and Asset Integrity Management.
Capability to prepare MAR/MEL, First Level Maintenance Procedures, spading Register, and CMMS Templates population.

Education
Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Role Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in the role as the senior responsible person.
Experience of operations, maintenance reliability and asset integrity, with a substantial track record and proof of performance in a similar position and work coordination.
Good knowledge of various Computerized Maintenance and Materials Management Systems.
Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is an advantage.
Highly proficient in the use of SAP & MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Project & PowerPoint).
Develop the Operations & Maintenance scope deliverables and implementation of the delivery execution strategy.
Good knowledge of common upstream and downstream Oil and Gas processing systems and equipment maintenance requirements.
Maintain at all times the required high technical quality of work delivery and project control expected.
Ability to communicate comfortably and at ease with senior management and technical specialists.
