Job Description

• Bachelor 's degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 6 - 8 years of relevant full-time work experience, 5 of which at a supervisory level, and 2 years as a Team leader
• Field experience in construction/operation/maintenance
• Professional membership of a recognized Engineering Body is preferred
• Competent with project management or facilities management experience (e.g. PMI, APM, etc.) is desired
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills; works well under pressure with flexibility and ability to multitask
• Very good communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
• Excellent writing skills with ability to draft / edit a variety of written reports and other technical documents and articulate ideas clearly and concisely;
• Arabic proficiency is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, CAFM system, MS Project/ Primavera, AutoCAD Function as operator of CAFM system within O&M and takes responsibilities of O&M data in the system.
• Generate PPM Work Orders in CAFM on regular basis.
• Review all incoming service requests from end-users and approves after thorough review for O&M responsibility, SLA terms, Priority and Problem types.
• Review master data in the system on a periodic basis and updates them.
• Upload master data of new systems/equipment upon handover.
• Ensure the implementation of PPM reviews the progress on the PPM and provide feedback to Manager.
• Monitor, control and give directions to the discipline engineers to carry out their defined responsibilities.
• Prepare Monthly reports, Equipment failure reports, Incident /Accident reports, contractor appraisal reports, indicating activities carried out, problems encountered and produces analysis reports of a technical nature indicating failures and recommendations to alleviate recurring problems
• Assist the Manager in developing and implementing 'Operational/ Functional ' and preventive maintenance programs and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure that the Services to end users are delivered as per Service Level Agreements
