  • The Talent Resourcing admin reports to the Custer Talent Resourcing Specialist
  • Ensures all resourcing processes and administrative tasks are followed explicitly and conducted in a timely manner .
  • roper maintenance of new joiners\xe2\x80\x99 files in accordance with IHG Standards with the Checklist.
  • Managing the end-to-end administration process of Talent Resourcing;
    • Reference Check.
    • Sending out job offers.
    • Vaccination Card & Covid Protocols.
    • Supporting Job posting & Closing positions on myRecruit.
    • Preparing/Sending Employment Contracts of successful candidates.
    • Visa application for New Joiners.
    • Transportation Pickup from Airport for International Hires.
    • Arranging/Coordinating with the housing team in regard to New Joiners room allocation.
    • Tracking Interns data and inputting on IHG Academy.
    • Informing new hire onboarding details to L&Q Team.
  • Ensuring the Recruitment Tracker is always updated to ensure all department heads have full visibility of the recruitment cycle.
  • Ensuring the Arrival List is always updated with the details of all new joiners including allocated accommodation details.
  • Ensures all the Recruitment related trackers are updated accordingly including Internal Applications Tracker, Recommend a Friend Tracker.
  • Update Internal Jobs Board and Hot Jobs boards in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that we deliver the best Guest Experience to all colleagues and new joiners as an ambassador of Human Resources Department.
  • Responsible in sending joining formalities along with ticket to new joiners, managers and other parties involved.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to HR Payroll team every month without errors
What we need from you
  • A minimum of 1 year similar experience in HR Administration and Recruitment
  • Knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resources administration.
  • Experience of human resource information systems.
  • Strong operational focus and track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrate strong competency in Microsoft office and e mail platforms
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Strong multitasking, flexibility and organizational skills
