Job Description

Analyze key performance metrics such as room revenue, occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR). Assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies to ensure competitive market positioning. Prepare accurate forecasts and financial projections based on historical data and market demand trends. Monitor competitor performance and market shifts, adjusting strategies as necessary. Generate regular reports and provide data-driven recommendations to the management team. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations departments to align revenue strategies with hotel goals. Manage room inventory and distribution across various booking channels to maximize room revenue. Implement yield management strategies to optimize profitability during peak and off-peak periods. Qualifications BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Resort experience is a must 1-3 years of experience in hotel revenue management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of revenue management principles, data analysis, and forecasting. Proficiency in MS Excel and revenue management systems (e.g., Opera, RMS, or similar). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
