We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team at Holiday Inn Dubai & Staybridge Suites Dubai Al Maktoum. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while handling reservations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing room sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
Provide accurate information about room rates, availability, and hotel services.
Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues related to reservations.
Process cancellations and modifications to existing bookings.
Maintain accurate records of all reservations and customer interactions.
Collaborate with front desk and sales teams to optimize occupancy rates.
Stay updated on hotel promotions and events to effectively inform guests.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; hotel management degree is a plus.
Previous experience in a hotel reservation or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
