Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee multiple valet parking operations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team leadership across all assigned locations, driving the success and reputation of our brand.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple valet parking sites within the cluster.

- Lead, train, and motivate valet teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.

- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets for each location.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to address needs and resolve issues.

- Recruit and manage staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

- Maintain high standards of vehicle safety and security across all parking services.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing multiple valet parking or similar operations in a supervisory role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.

- Excellent customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and perform financial reporting.

- Knowledge of health, safety, and security standards related to parking services.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Capacity to work flexible hours and oversee operations across various locations.

- UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
