About the Role

Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection is seeking a highly driven

Cluster Director of Revenue

to oversee the commercial and revenue management strategy for two of our flagship properties:

Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City,

V Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton and Al Habtoor Palace.

This senior leadership position is responsible for maximizing overall hotel revenue and profitability, ensuring competitive positioning in the Dubai market, and driving total revenue performance across all segments.

Revenue Strategy & Forecasting

Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room and total hotel revenue. Monitor and analyze demand patterns, market trends, and competitive performance. Provide accurate revenue forecasts and budgets for both properties. Recommend pricing strategies, room allocations, and promotional offers.

Distribution & Inventory Management

Oversee all distribution channels Ensure optimal inventory management and rate parity across channels. Identify and implement strategies to maximize direct bookings.

Commercial Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue initiatives. Support marketing campaigns and promotions with pricing and demand insights. Participate in business review meetings and provide revenue performance updates.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, train, and mentor the revenue management team. Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to company brand standards, systems, and policies.

Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel revenue management, preferably within large-scale or multi-property operations. Previous leadership experience at Director level in a 5-star international hotel brand. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Advanced knowledge of revenue management systems, distribution channels, and Hilton tools Solid understanding of the Dubai hospitality market.
