Cluster Director of Engineering
You perform highly diversified duties to ensure installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining the property\xe2\x80\x99s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.

What you will be doing:

• Preventive maintenance is planned in the PMP software and is will be implemented as per the plan and to recommend and follow the implementation. Will report immediately to the concerned General Manager\'s f any discrepancy or any serious problems is noted

• Energy (HLP) conservation plan is applied and respected and energy consumption is at its optimum, and to advise, recommend in this regard. Water & Energy Management system

• Fire, life, Health, Safety and security procedures are respected as per FLHS&S listing, the hotel safety plan is applied, and draw the attention of the hotel General Manager to any lack of the safety plan implementation.

• The local training & upgrading plan of improving the Technical capability and productivity of the Engineering staff of each hotel.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum of years experience in 4-5 star hotels in similar position.
• BA Degree in related field
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
