- Managing the overall credit and receivable functions in the most efficient manner in order to minimize the risk of losses and late payments.
- Ensuring the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various accounts and that they are properly posted on a timely basis.
- Conducting all necessary credit checks on all new credit applicants, making recommendations according to existing credit policies and maintaining details of credit given to customers.
- Being responsible for completing and updating records of debtors.
- Studying, analyzing and reporting on all outstanding accounts during credit meeting when necessary.
- Verifying that any sale recorded as accounts receivable are supported with sales vouchers, credit card sales vouchers, coupon & vouchers and any other supporting documents.
- Having working experience in the same capacity in hotel industry.
- Obtaining relevant education background (e.g. in Finance Accounting, or Hotel Management).
- Willing to work in Fujairah.
- Being able to perform both task and customer service oriented.
