Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and emails and respond to inquiries promptly.
Direct members and guests to the appropriate areas of the club.
Handle membership inquiries and sign-ups.
Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assist with event planning and coordination.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software programs.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
