Role Description
This is an on-site full-time Night Club Manager role, located in Dubai. The Night Club Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the club's operations, including but not limited to staffing, inventory, events programming, and customer service.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in managing a nightclub or similar entertainment venue Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to drive revenue and exceed financial targets Experience in event planning and execution Knowledge of beverage operations and inventory management Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
