Therefore, the correct incumbent is a critical part of its operation. We are looking for an exceptional individual who will bring sophistication, warmth, and efficiency to every guest experience. Key responsibilities: VIP Guest Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests, briefing hotel departments on their needs. Feedback and Resolution: Solicit regular feedback, promptly address guest queries and concerns, and manage efficient resolution of complaints. Team Coordination: Coordinate VIP matters with operating departments, keep the team informed, and oversee scheduling for guest satisfaction. Performance Management: Manage team performance through reviews, training programs, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring a positive workplace. Effective Communication: Communicate internally and externally for personalized guest experiences, and ensure colleagues are well-trained and confident in their roles. Qualifications/ Experience: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administration Minimum one year experience as Club Lounge or Guest Experience Manager in a 5 Star Luxury Hotel Experience in a resort is an added advantage.
