Role Summary
The Club Lounge Attendant at InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience in one of Dubai's premier five-star properties. This position focuses on providing personalized, high-quality service to Club InterContinental guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects the brand's luxury standards and commitment to excellence.
What You'll Do

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all Club InterContinental guests
• Serve food and beverages during breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails in line with IHG service standards
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and ambiance of the Club Lounge at all times
• Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored assistance and recommendations
• Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when required
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams to ensure a seamless guest journey
• Assist with concierge services such as reservations, transportation and general information
• Keep updated on VIP arrivals, guest preferences and special occasions
• Uphold InterContinental brand standards and maintain strict confidentiality

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a luxury hotel or lounge environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for exceptional service
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette and hygiene standards
