Position Summary:

The Club Ground Hostess is the first point of contact for guests entering the club. She is responsible for providing a warm welcome, ensuring a seamless guest experience from entry to exit, and maintaining a lively yet professional atmosphere. The role requires excellent communication skills, an engaging personality, and a strong sense of hospitality to enhance the overall guest satisfaction and brand image of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and enthusiasm. Assist guests with seating arrangements and coordinate with waiter staff for table assignments. Maintain guest lists, verify reservations, and manage walk-in guests efficiently. Ensure VIP guests receive priority service and personalized attention. Provide accurate information about club promotions, entertainment schedules, and special events. Coordinate with security for guest entry and crowd control during busy hours. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints courteously and promptly. Uphold the club's grooming, appearance, and service standards at all times. Support event and marketing teams during special promotions, themed nights, or private functions. Ensure the entrance, lobby, and guest areas remain clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist in maintaining a positive and energetic ambiance throughout the night.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a hostess or guest relations staff in a club, lounge, or hotel environment. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent verbal communication in English Russian languages are an advantage. Confident, well-groomed, and personable demeanor. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. Flexible to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
