Hostess (Russian Speaker)
to be the welcoming face of our dining venues.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner. Manage restaurant reservations and guest flow to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining brand standards. Communicate effectively with guests in
Russian and English
. Assist in handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns politely. Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Hostess or in guest-facing hospitality roles preferred. Fluency in
Russian
and good command ofEnglish
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, well-groomed, and professional appearance. Ability to remain calm and welcoming in a busy environment.Job Type: Full-time
