Job Description
we are looking for club disco manager who can join immediately. Summary of Responsibilities: * Provide a creative and insightful approach to service and deliver memorable experiences to guests * Strategize on new products and service offerings * Engage, motivate and develop your team and create a positive workplace culture * Complete all administrative and planning elements for the department such as reporting, packages and promotions to drive revenue and increase exposure as well as stock sand ordering * Lead, mentored and train the team Qualifications: * At least Two years' experience working in a hospitality industry as Disco/ Nightclub Manager * Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience from luxury background required * Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders * Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
