Requirements:

Higher technical education (bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related fields); 2+ years of work experience in cloud technologies, preferably in the field of development, deployment and support of cloud solutions; Knowledge of English - B2 or higher; Experience in deploying Windows/Linux infrastructure: on-premise, hybrid, cloud; Understanding the architecture and configuration of networks; Understanding the functionality and features of the activation of cloud services; Experience with one of the cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google, Alibaba), including deployment and configuration, monitoring and optimization of resource consumption. Experience with all cloud services would be an asset; Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C# or JavaScript is a plus; Experience with Office 365; AWS certificates would be an asset; Experience in IT support for at least 3 years; Knowledge of ITIL would be an asset; Required knowledge: Windows, Linux, AD, DNS, DHCP, File Share, Backup/restore, storages, Databases, RDS/VDI, migration, mail, licensing; Active AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certifications will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

Participation in the promotion of AWS cloud services, holding presentations, working with a partner channel, conducting technical sessions and webinars; Handling Partner Channel Service Requests and providing consultations related to AWS cloud services at the stage of pre-sales preparation and during the use of AWS subscriptions by end customers; Calculation and optimization of AWS specifications, formation, description and demonstration of technical solutions based on AWS; Ensuring the required level of SLA when registering and resolving AWS service requests; Participation in the provision of services for the design and configuration of IT services based on AWS; Communication with vendor specialists; Active study of new cloud technologies and services, as well as trends and innovations in the field of cloud computing; Maintaining the Company's partner certifications in accordance with the certification plan.
