The Cloud Security Engineer role in Dubai supports Al-Futtaim Group's technology and digital operations by contributing to the design, implementation, and operational support of security platforms across cloud and hybrid environments. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for security controls including network firewalls, web application firewalls, cloud security groups, and native cloud security services
• Monitor, document, and support response to security incidents, managing escalations in line with internal procedures
• Support vulnerability management by maintaining systems and tools at stable versions and coordinating remediation activities with relevant teams
• Assist with implementation of new security controls, automation of routine tasks, and participation in security improvement projects
• Collaborate with infrastructure operations, governance, DevOps, and business teams to integrate security best practices into cloud and hybrid environments
• Support internal reviews, audits, and continuous security improvement initiatives

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT security, network administration, cloud operations, or a similar technical role
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and cloud platforms such as Azure, OCI, or AWS
• Familiarity with cloud-native security features including IAM, security groups, Defender for Cloud, GuardDuty, and Sentinel
• Awareness of common security principles such as zero trust and least privilege, along with typical threats including DDoS and SQL injection

Skills Set
