We are seeking an experienced and innovative Cloud Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and modern DevOps practices to drive digital transformation and optimize our cloud strategy.

What You'll Do:
Mission: Define the secure, cost-effective DR target architecture and ensure alignment with central IT and governance.
Core responsibilities
- Own DR architecture principles, patterns, and guardrails for hybrid cloud.
- Translate business impact/RPO/RTO into platform designs and service levels.
- Produce HLDs/LLDs, security and networking reference models, and data protection patterns.
- Govern designs, exceptions, and change requests; lead design reviews and sign-offs.
- Establish cost baselines and optimization guardrails (with FinOps).
Required experience
- 8-12+ years architecture in hybrid environments; prior DR strategy and design leadership.
- Track record of secure, auditable designs in regulated settings.
Skills
- Requirements decomposition, threat/risk framing, TCO/ROI modeling, concise design documentation, stakeholder facilitation.
Certifications
- Required: Senior cloud architect cert (e.g., solutions architect).
Preferred: Governance/security (e.g., ISO 27001, risk), ITIL v4.
Deliverables
- Target architecture, security & compliance controls, data protection strategy, design authority processes, cost guardrails.
