About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Clinical Training Research Nurse to join our dynamic Abu Dhabi Biobank Team. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in nursing, clinical research, and adult education to support, coordinate, and train clinical staff engaged in research activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring high standards of research practice, patient care, and regulatory compliance across all studies.

Responsibilities

Lead training, documentation, and participant engagement at clinical research collection sites. Coordinate and implement clinical studies, ensuring adherence to protocols and ethical standards. Support patient recruitment, informed consent, and eligibility screening. Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and sample traceability. Maintain smooth day-to-day operations and respond to participant and study-related queries. Monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance across all activities. Deliver training programs on study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements. Mentor and support research staff through workshops, assessments, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

Education:Bachelor degree in Nursing or equivalent.


Experience:Phlebotomy. Experience in clinical training or staff education. Previous experience in clinical trials or research is preferred. Experience with early-phase clinical trials.

Certificate & LicenseDOH License as Registered Nurse

Job Specific Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of regulatory submissions and ethics process such as DOH IRB. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research databases. * Knowledge of medical terminology and research theory.
