Clinical Quality Supervisor - Residential - Saudi Arabia

As International SOS' footprint continues to evolve in Saudi Arabia, new and exciting positions are arising in all aspects of hospital management which now includes a residential position for a Clinical Quality Supervisor with a nursing background.

The Clinical Quality Manager will provide clinical quality and supervision at International SOS' prestigious client's hospitals and satellite clinics based in the Tabuk region of Saudi Arabia.

The newly assigned incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the work in the clinical environments is consistent and meets the required official standards as stipulated accordingly. They must also verify compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinate all activities related to quality assurance and monitoring and revises existing processes in order to increase efficiency.

Criteria to Apply Minimum 5 years proven experience working in a healthcare setting Minimum 3 years working in a quality role Joint Commission of International Accreditation (JCIA) or Saudi Central Board of Accreditation for Health Institutions (CBAHI) experience is acceptable/preferred. Previous nursing experience/background is mandatory. Fluency in English, both written and oral is essential

Remuneration: A monthly salary paid in Saudi Riyal applies Accommodation will be provided (to note that due to the location and structure of accommodation, this position cannot accommodate partners nor family) Insurances will be provided Economy flights provided for home visits twice a year.
