Leading Hospital in Saudi Arabia is urgently looking for Passionate, Dedicated and Accomplished - Female Nurse Executive/Leader for their DON/ Director of Nursing Opportunity. In your new Executive Role as a Director of Nursing- you will be responsible for managing and supervising the overall performance and operations of the Nursing department.

The ideal candidate in order to meet the challenges of this DON position-in order to develop, implement, oversee and supervise the operational management of the Nursing Department will need to possess the followings:

-Thorough and extensive knowledge of Hospitals' operating procedures, standards and regulations; -Thorough and extensive knowledge in developing, assessing, evaluating nursing service objectives, clinical policies and procedures; and directing the implementation of these objectives and of changes when appropriate; -Thorough/extensive knowledge in designing and managing patient care; achieving exceptional patient satisfaction; -Thorough/extensive knowledge in creating, developing and monitoring- Hospital/Healthcare Facility budgets; -Thorough/extensive knowledge in developing strategic, tactical and operational planning - Hospital/Healthcare Facility;

Essential requirements:

-Western educated, trained and experienced RN with valid professional registration and license from country of origin; -Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent Nursing Degree not less than 3 years study duration from an accredited program; -MSN/Master Degree in Nursing or- Nursing Administration, Health Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital or Business Administration- or related; - At least 5 years of current Director of Nursing ( or CNO/Chief of Nursing ) experience in a general tertiary care Hospital; or working in a similar high Executive Leadership Nursing Role; - Senior Nurse Executive - who is Passionate, Dedicated and Committed in providing the best clinical leadership, the best leadership in patient care delivery- highest patient quality care, exceptional patient satisfaction and delivering the best teaching strategies to support Evidence-Based Practice; -Great communication and interpersonal skills, strong critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills, nursing/leadership/management skills along with prioritizing responsibilities; -Excellent English language skills; -Excellent clinical knowledge and skills; -Excellent organizational, management and leadership skills; -Excellent administrative nursing skills along with prioritizing and delegating responsibilities; -Exceptional peoples skills; Great set of social skills-communication and interpersonal skills; -Excellent critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills; - Passion, Dedication, Respect, Empathy, Compassion, Flexibility, Patience, Attention to detail, Energetic, Quick timely response, Great responsibility and accountability, Ability to multitask and to handle stressful situations, to cope to different situations are only some of the qualities that the DON needs to possess;
