Key Responsibilities:
Review and monitor patient medication therapies for safety and efficacy.
Provide evidence-based recommendations to healthcare professionals.
Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, and interactions.
Participate in clinical rounds and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
Ensure compliance with UAE pharmacy laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation.
Assist in clinical research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (BPharm/PharmD) degree.
Valid UAE Pharmacist License or eligibility to obtain one.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience in hospitals or healthcare settings.
Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and patient counseling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
