The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychological assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatments to individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health difficulties. The role requires empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical practice.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for patients using standardized tools and techniques.
- Diagnose mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and personality disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy).
- Provide crisis intervention and support for patients in acute distress.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions and coping strategies.
- Participate in case discussions, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
- Master's or Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or registration with the relevant psychological council/authority.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
- Proficient in using psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Culturally sensitive and able to work with diverse populations.
