Clinic Supervisor / Team Leader We are hiring A "Clinic Supervisor" for a Medical Center in Dammam, Saudi Arabia Job Summary: \xc2\xb7 Will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the daily activities. \xc2\xb7 Manage staff assignments and ensure compliance with policies \xc2\xb7 Follow up on daily clinic schedule, securing smooth operation according to schedule \xc2\xb7 Daily follow up on both Customer care and reception \xc2\xb7 Optimize clinic utilization \xc2\xb7 Handle and problem solve operational matters \xc2\xb7 Maintain communication with both medical and admin staff to ensure target are achieved. \xc2\xb7 Reviewing daily revenue with accounting team. \xc2\xb7 solving customer complaints \xc2\xb7 Orientation and training of newly hired staff \xc2\xb7 Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance to policies and procedures \xc2\xb7 Provide reports to management on regular basis. \xc2\xb7 Follow up on new projects/programs \xe2\x80\xa6etc. \xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as required or necessary Requirements: \xc2\xb7 3-5 years of experience in hospitals or private clinics in supervisory level is a plus but not required \xc2\xb7 Able to problem solve, attend to details, work under pressure \xc2\xb7 Good communication and negotiation skills \xc2\xb7 Good time management and setting priorities \xc2\xb7 Able to supervise and control clinic staff \xc2\xb7 Fluent both English and Arabic, speaking and writing \xc2\xb7 Age range max 35 \xc2\xb7 Preferred candidate would be anywhere \xc2\xb7 Open to all nationalities \xc2\xb7 Ready to travel to Dammam, KSA.
