Pure Chiro Dubai is a leading chiropractic and physiotherapy clinic dedicated to holistic wellness. We are seeking an energetic Receptionist who can not only manage front desk duties but also support marketing initiatives and organize events to boost patient engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations

Greet and assist patients with appointments, inquiries, and payments.

Manage calls, emails, and patient follow-ups efficiently.

Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with clinical staff.

Marketing & Revenue Growth

Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to attract new patients.

Coordinate health talks, community events, and corporate wellness programs.

Engage with patients to promote clinic packages and services.

Support social media updates and promotional activities.

Requirements:

1-3 years' healthcare experience as a receptionist or customer service role in UAE.

Basic marketing knowledge and ability to assist in events/campaigns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office; social media familiarity is a plus.
