Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
Requirements:
Bilingual with excellent communication skills.
Presentable and well-groomed.
Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience.
