Receptionist
who can speak
Arabic and English
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional manner.
Handle patient registration, check-ins, and appointment scheduling.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage WhatsApp/online booking channels.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Manage patient files, maintain accurate data entry, and update records in the clinic system.
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash/transaction logs.
Assist with insurance verification and claim submissions (if applicable).
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle patient follow-ups, reminders, and feedback calls.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with clinic policies and patient privacy guidelines.
Requirements:
Can speak Arabic and English
Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or customer-service-focused role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance with a positive, welcoming attitude.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology or clinic systems is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with medical software is a plus.
