Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries efficiently.
Schedule and manage patient appointments using the clinic's system.
Register new patients, update existing patient records, and verify insurance details.
Collect consultation fees and issue receipts as per clinic procedures.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Handle patient complaints or requests politely and escalate if necessary.
Ensure compliance with DHA/MOH guidelines and data privacy standards.
Assist with daily administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Language:
Fluent in
Arabic and English
Education:
High school diploma or higher; diploma in administration or customer service preferred.
Experience:
Minimum
1-2 years
of experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Presentable and professional appearance
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
