Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and professional

Clinic Receptionist

to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Front Desk Management:



Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently. Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages as necessary.

Patient Coordination:



Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Provide information about medical services, procedures, and policies. Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.

Administrative Support:



Maintain patient records and update information in the

Insta by Practo

system. Handle billing and payment processing. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient care.

Office Organization:



Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming. Assist with various administrative tasks as required by the office manager or healthcare team.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk staff, preferably in a dental or medical clinic. Experience using

Insta by Practo

system is a

plus

.

Fluency in English

is required;

Arabic

language skills are an

advantage

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
