Job Description
: As a Clinic Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing patient care, support, and medical assistance in our clinic. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and compassionate care. - Perform initial patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and symptoms.
- Assist physicians and healthcare professionals in examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Provide patient education on treatments, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Document patient information, observations, and care provided accurately and efficiently in medical records.
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals to specialists or other healthcare facilities.
- Monitor and manage medical equipment and supplies in the clinic.
- Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and emergencies, providing immediate care and assistance.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth and efficient patient care process.
- Degree in Nursing and current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Proven experience as a nurse in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- CPR certification and knowledge of basic life support.
- Excellent patient care and clinical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in medical record documentation and computer skills.
