Ensure smooth daily functioning of OPD, pharmacy, lab coordination, and reception
Monitor patient flow, waiting time, and service quality
Supervise front office, nurses, doctors, and support staff
Handle duty rosters, attendance, leave planning, and staff discipline
Resolve patient complaints and escalations professionally
Ensure clinic readiness at all times (staffing, consumables, cleanliness)
2. Staff & HR Management
Manage receptionists, nurses, doctors, PRO/support staff
Conduct daily briefing and weekly performance reviews
Ensure staff follows SOPs, dress code, and professional conduct
Coordinate onboarding, training, and basic HR documentation
Motivate staff to achieve patient and revenue targets
Maintain staff retention and team morale
3. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Increase daily OPD footfall and overall clinic revenue
Execute local marketing activities (offers, packages, tie-ups)
Coordinate digital leads (Facebook, WhatsApp, walk-ins, referrals)
Build relationships with nearby companies, hotels, labor camps, and corporates
Track daily collections, discounts, and conversions
Suggest new services, packages, and promotional strategies
4. Sales & Front Office Management
Ensure strong conversion of enquiries to consultations
Monitor receptionist call handling, follow-ups, and lead closure
Maintain patient database and repeat-visit strategy
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily reports
Minimize revenue leakage and improve collection efficiency
5. Compliance & Coordination
Ensure compliance with MOH / local health authority guidelines
Coordinate with management for audits, inspections, and renewals
Maintain basic records, licenses, and operational documentation
Liaise with vendors, labs, pharmacies, and service providers
6. Reporting & Accountability
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-5 years experience
as Clinic Manager in UAE healthcare
Previous healthcare clinic experience is mandatory
Hindi speaking is compulsory
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Hands-on attitude - not a desk-only role
Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-tasking
Knowledge of UAE healthcare operations and patient handling
