, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, staff performance, and client satisfaction and handling the reception team. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage people, systems, and processes efficiently while maintaining a luxury client experience consistent with the clinic's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Supervise all day-to-day clinic activities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Monitor appointment scheduling, staff rosters, and client flow to optimize productivity.
Oversee cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the clinic at all times.
Ensure compliance with
DHA
regulations, health, and safety standards.
Team Management:
Client Relations:
Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
Handle escalated client concerns or complaints professionally and effectively.
Ensure all staff deliver a five-star experience consistent with clinic standards.
Monitor and enhance client feedback systems.
Financial & Administrative Management:
Oversee daily sales, financial transactions, and end-of-day reconciliations.
Monitor revenue performance, expenses, and profitability.
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Manage staff attendance, schedules, and conflict resolution when required.
Promote a positive, team-oriented work culture.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
