We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the operations of a premium Medical Aesthetics & Wellness clinic in Dubai. This is a senior management role for a strong operator with proven experience managing clinics with high monthly turnover and working in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Full control of clinic operations and daily processes
Management of leads, sales funnel and conversions
Understanding and optimization of operational & sales systems (CRM, KPIs)
Acting as the right hand of the owner in operational and business matters
Coordination of medical and administrative teams
Ensuring high-level patient experience and revenue performance
