Aesthetic Clinic Manager - First Medical Center

Key Responsibilities1. Clinic Operations
Manage
daily operations
across Muraqabat, Al Qiyadah, and Silicon Oasis branches. Ensure clinics meethigh standards of hygiene, safety, and DHA compliance
. Overseeinventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
.2. Staff Leadership
Recruit, train, and supervise medical and administrative teams. Conduct
performance appraisals
and manage staff schedules. Foster aprofessional, positive, and patient-focused work environment
.3. Patient Experience
Ensure
exceptional patient service
across all branches. Handle patient complaints and feedback with professionalism. Monitorpatient satisfaction
and implement improvements.4. Financial & Administrative
Track
clinic revenue, expenses, and budgets
. Preparemonthly performance and operational reports
. Implementcost-effective measures
while maintaining service quality.5. Marketing & Growth
Collaborate on
promotions, campaigns, and patient retention programs
. Identify opportunities toexpand services and attract new patients
.6. Compliance & Quality Control
Maintain full compliance with
DHA guidelines and licensing requirements
. Conductregular audits
to ensure quality standards are met.7. Strategic Planning
Support
long-term growth and expansion strategies
for all clinics. Suggest operational improvements and service enhancements.Additional Benefits

AED 10,000/month+ Incentives
