About the Role

Seeking a visionary leader to set up and scale Ayurveda & Panchakarma clinics across the UAE & GCC, with strong expertise in healthcare regulations, insurance, and profitable clinic models.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Setup & Expansion

Lead clinic launches across UAE & GCC (standalone, hospitals, resorts, franchises, JVs). Oversee infrastructure, staffing, SOPs, and service protocols.

Regulatory & Compliance

Ensure compliance with DHA, DOH, MOHAP, and GCC regulations. Manage practitioner licensing, therapy approvals, and legal standards.

Insurance & Partnerships

Collaborate with insurers to cover Ayurveda & Panchakarma services. Build partnerships with corporates, hospitals, wellness groups, and government bodies. Develop referral networks.

Business Growth & Profitability

Drive revenue and manage P&L. Create tailored service packages for the GCC market. Lead marketing, medical tourism, and wellness events.

Team & Operations

Hire and train Ayurveda doctors, therapists, and staff. Standardize service quality. Implement CRM, EMR, and patient journey tools.

Requirements

5-15 years in healthcare/wellness management in UAE/GCC. Strong knowledge of Ayurveda & Panchakarma. Proven clinic setup and scaling experience. Familiar with DHA, DOH, MOHAP, and GCC regulations. Insurance industry experience. Strong GCC industry network. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills. Degree in Healthcare Management, Ayurveda, or Business Administration.
