Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
The Clinic Manager will be instrumental in optimizing clinical procedures, managing budgets, and enhancing patient satisfaction.
Sales & Revenue Growth Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Drive sales of aesthetic treatments, packages, memberships, and skincare products
Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion, average transaction value, and retention ratesIdentify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels
Manage clinical and administrative staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
Ensure excellent patient experience and service quality
Monitor clinic budgets, expenses, and revenue performance
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards
Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data
Implement and improve clinic policies, procedures, and workflows
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Clinic Manage
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in clinic management systems and MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in private clinics or multi-specialty healthcare centers
Background in medical billing, insurance, and operations
Arabic and English language mandatory
