We are a leading patient-centered medical center in Ajman, committed to delivering compassionate, efficient, and high-quality healthcare. To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the clinic floor and ensure seamless patient and staff experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency

Supervise front desk, nursing, and support staff to ensure smooth floor coordination

Handle patient relations and resolve complaints professionally

Monitor and manage insurance claims, approvals, and billing processes

Liaise with doctors, external labs, suppliers, and insurance companies

Maintain inventory, medical supplies, and vendor communication

Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and internal policies

Support HR and administrative processes (scheduling, leave, evaluations)

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in UAE medical clinic/hospital operations

Strong background in health insurance processes and approvals

Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Valid UAE driving license and own transportation

Proven leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with UAE medical licensing and billing platforms preferred
