Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Clinic Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our medical center and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service across all departments.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow Lead and supervise staff across reception, nursing, and support teams Ensure compliance with
DHA
& DOH regulations
, policies, and quality standards Monitor schedules, productivity, and overall clinic performance Coordinate with doctors, management, and vendors for operational needs Handle patient concerns, service recovery, and overall satisfaction Oversee inventory, maintenance, and general facility readiness Prepare basic operational reports and support management with KPIsRequirements:
Previous experience as a
Clinic Manager / Assistant Manager
in UAE healthcare Strong understanding ofMedical guidelines
and clinic operations Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Good administrative and organizational skillsJob Type: Full-time
