sales, revenue growth, and client acquisition
, with the ability to drive both
existing client retention
and
new client conversion
while managing day-to-day clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities (Sales Focused):
Drive clinic revenue through aggressive sales strategies and target achievement
Manage, convert, and upsell existing clients
to maximize treatment packages and repeat visits
Actively generate new clients
through walk-ins, referrals, follow-ups, and promotions
Set and achieve
monthly sales targets
for the clinic and individual team members
Monitor daily sales reports, conversions, and performance KPIs
Personally handle high-value client consultations and closures
Ensure strong follow-up on leads, inquiries, and no-show clients
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and local promotions
Clinic Operations & Team Management:
Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards
Manage front desk, therapists, and support staff performance
Train team members on sales techniques, client handling, and upselling
Ensure compliance with
DOH / UAE health regulations
and clinic policies
Handle client complaints and ensure excellent customer experience
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Clinic Manager / Center Manager / Sales Manager
in an
Aesthetic or Healthcare Clinic
Strong sales background with clear target achievements
(mandatory)
Experience in managing
existing & new client sales pipelines
