We are looking for an experienced Clinic Insurance Coordinator to join our medical clinic in International City. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in insurance claim preparation, submission, and follow-up with insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, submit, and follow up on medical insurance claims
Ensure accuracy and completeness of claims to avoid rejections
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and reception staff for required documentation
Handle insurance approvals, rejections, and resubmissions
Maintain proper records of claims and payments
Liaise with insurance companies and TPAs
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a clinic or hospital (mandatory)
Knowledge of UAE medical insurance processes and portals
Familiarity with coding, billing, and claim procedures
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Ability to work independently and handle deadlines
