Our values and mission depend on continuous engagement with our stakeholders. We are looking for an attentive, experienced Dietician, who has previous experience ideally in a Clinical setting. You should have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to multitask multiple projects and patient plans.You will be a Dietician who is passionate about helping patients lead healthier lives and achieve their goals. As the Clinic Dietician, you should also be a passionate public speaker who can get others excited about eating healthy foods and changing their eating habits. Responsibilities
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week Education:
- Perform Nutrition screenings and assessments for adult and paediatric patients
- Provide a nutrition diagnosis
- Develop personalised nutritional interventions along with corresponding plans and implementations
- Provide personalised nutrition education and counselling
- Develop educational materials, modules, and workshops as indicated
- Contribute to community outreach programs and events on nutrition and dietetics
- Analyse patient\'s health status, health goals, and dietary requirements
- Collaborate with the care team members including Nurses, Physicians, and other healthcare providers.
- Perform referrals as needed
- Document nutrition care plans as per institution guideline
- Experience as a Dietician
- Bachelor\'s or associate\'s degree in nutrition, health, or a related field
- An active DHA license.
- Experience in a Women\'s Health Care ideally
- Compassion and genuine interest in helping others develop better eating habits
- Competent computer skills for inputting data
