Job Purpose

To support the Health of Occupational Health Nursing and participate in the delivery of occupational health nursing services as part of ongoing occupational health evaluation and health education programs

Principal Accountabilities

\xe2\xa6\x81 Responsible for conducting and supervising all occupational health activities, visit, consultation, evaluation, follow up and finally revise before Fitness Certificate issuing.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Supervises and provides training to the Occupational Health nurses ensuring their competency and the quality of nursing work carried out under the direction of the Head Occupational Health Nurse.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Assesses the needs of the nursing elements of the Occupational Health Services, developing solutions, and implementing and communication these under the direction of the Head of Occupational Health Nursing to ensure nursing services meet the needs of the business.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Directly responsible for the management of the document control and quality assurance system of occupational health, ensuring accurate up to date documentation and efficient quality control in the Occupational Health Center.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Maintains awareness of technological, legal, and professional issues and changes associated with occupational health and safety and utilises this, along with internal and external resources, to achieve clinical and educational best practice.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Responsible for carrying out administrative and both clinical and occupational health routine procedures both at the clinic and on-site as part of the health evaluation system

\xe2\xa6\x81 Communicates with relevant parties (clients and suppliers) to ensure effective occupational health service delivery and comply with needs and demands of parties.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Produces monthly reports on the Quality Assurance System and liaises with the internal and external system auditors.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Carries out First Aid training for ENOC employees.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Acts as the OHSC Management representative for Environmental Management System as per ISO 14001.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Conducts internal audits as required by the OHSC management

Additional Principal Accountabilities

Experience

\xe2\xa6\x81 Must be a Certified Nurse, qualified at a recognised training establishment and licensed to practice as a nurse within Dubai.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Must have a minimum of 5 years\' experience in nursing and 1 years\' experience leading and supervising a team.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Post Graduate qualification in nursing or medical management is preferable
\xe2\xa6\x81 Must have computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
\xe2\xa6\x81 Must be a qualified First Aid Instructor.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Must have good communication skills.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Must have minimum of 1 years\' experience in audit
